Healthy cooking doesn’t have to be complicated. 

At Port Macquarie Cooking Classes, you’ll learn how to prepare fresh, flavour-packed meals that are good for you and simple to make. We help you make the most of your time in the kitchen - learning to prepare multiple meals & condiments at once, so you can get ahead and enjoy a day or two out of the kitchen.

Each class is small and hands-on, giving you plenty of time to ask questions, watch techniques in action, and taste everything along the way. 

All classes run for approximately three hours and includes a recipe booklet so you can recreate your favourites at home with confidence. 

Our kitchen studio is located upstairs and is accessed via two flights of stairs. We understand this may limit accessibility for some guests. If you have any questions about attending or need more information before purchasing a voucher or booking a class, please feel free to get in touch

Make the most of autumn in the kitchen with rich, seasonal ingredients and comforting flavours. In this class, Kerrie will guide you through simple, delicious dishes that celebrate the best of the season.

In this class, you’ll learn:

Drawing on Kerrie’s experience as a professional cook, nutrition coach, and sommelier, this class focuses on simple routines and practical prep techniques that help you get ahead, reduce waste, and make healthy eating part of your everyday life.

In this class, you’ll learn:

  • How to plan and prep efficiently for the week ahead
  • Time-saving techniques used in professional kitchens
  • Smart ways to use ingredients across multiple meals
  • How to stock your fridge with flavour-packed basics and condiments

You’ll leave with the confidence to walk into your kitchen with a plan, make the most of your time, and create meals that are both nourishing and full of flavour.
